Well, adopting a pound dog is a good place to start, but even
if you can't bring a dog into your home right now, there are
other ways to help.
For starters, please remember to spay & neuter your pets!
We don't need any more homeless dogs running the streets.
WE ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO
ACCEPT BLANKETS, TOWELS OR
TREATS OF ANY KIND FOR THE

If you'd like to make a donation that will be used to purchase
items for the needy Hartford Pound dogs and towards
maintaining the website, please click on the PayPal button

make a guaranteed secure donation. Every cent we get is
spent on helping these homeless dogs.

This strong boy is friendly
and affectionate, but needs
to be the only dog. He is
very thin right now, good on
a leash and eager to
